🔥 SKANDALOUS DESIRES 🔥
Date: 5th of December, 2026
Time: Starting at 11:00 PM
Location: Matter Club
18+ ONLY
You’re all invited to be on the naughty list this year. Heat District is teaming up with Skandal to heat up Cluj. Whisper your Skandalous Desires to Santa and let us make this one special.
HEAT DISTRICT (SKANDALOUS DESIRES) is for the community, by the community. If you’re not part of it, you’re welcome to step in, but only if you come as an ally. Our values are non-negotiable: zero tolerance for aggression, discrimination, or disrespect. This is a space of freedom, expression, and care.
Consent is everything. No touch, no connection, without it. If at any point you feel unsafe, our crew and staff are here for you, at the entrance, behind the bar, or anywhere inside the district.
